We are seeking an experienced Store-on-WheelsTM (S.O.W.) Sales Representative to join our team in Ft. Wayne, IN. This position sells company products and services in an assigned territory of current accounts and targeted prospects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the existing and potential customer base within an assigned geographic area/market and develop and implement agronomic programs, product placement, and customer problem resolution.
- Drive toward increased market share by penetration and retention within an assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business.
- Drive the Company's Store-on-Wheels mobile sales unit to point of sale, while adhering to a route schedule.
There is a moderate amount of physical activity required for this job. In addition to lifting of equipment and supplies, there is a lot of getting on and off the truck along with opening, setting up and closing the "Store" at the back of the truck.
